EDITORIAL MANAGEMENT

Baco Publishing provides its expertise to benefit music publishers or artists who manage their own catalogs. The administration of a publishing catalog is an intricate and tedious task; that's why we offer to handle the deposit, monitoring of your songs' registration with SACEM, management of your royalties, and tracking of your songs' exploitation in France. As managers, we can also submit your songs for music-to-image briefs.

STUDIO

Located in the heart of Bordeaux, BACO STUDIO is a 120 square meter space dedicated to musical creation. The exceptional acoustics of the control room, the two cabins designed and built by Christian Malcurt (Plus XXX, Digital Factory, Luc Besson, Studio Gang), and the high-end equipment, combining vintage and high-tech, offer the utmost conditions for your recordings, mixes and masterings.
Our studio is definitely a place conducive to work and creation where meetings, expert knowledge and experience are the key words.

WRITING CAMPS

We often send our artists to writing camps. These immersive sessions allow our creators to reconnect, exchange ideas, and collaborate in an environment that fosters creativity. Writing camps are the perfect opportunity to explore new ideas and strengthen bonds between artists.

Attendance at Professional Events

Baco Publishing's team is present at the main professional events in the music industry. We actively participate in many events such as Printemps de Bourges, MaMA, Les Sœurs Jumelles de Rochefort, and Les Bars en Trans. These events are essential for maintaining our network, allowing us to make contacts and promote our artists. Through these activities, Baco Publishing is committed to providing its artists with comprehensive and diverse support, fostering their growth and success in the music industry.

BOOKING

Baco Records decided to expand its activity by creating a booking division in 2014, in order to go further in its approach to supporting groups through a global development strategy. The center currently supervises the European tours of 11 artists with varied artistic orientations. Most are considered international or French headliners, and others have a promising future on our territory. Baco Booking also produces certain concerts by these artists, notably in Paris (Zénith, Olympia, Cigale, Cabaret Sauvage, etc.).

STUDIO

120m2 dedicated to musical creation in the heart of Bordeaux! A studio that adapts to all requests, all styles of music and types of projects. Exceptional acoustics created by Christian Malcurt of the two cabins (40m2 and 20m2) and the control room (26m2), SSL AWS 900 analog console with DAW control, peripherals, high-end microphones, numerous instruments, Protools HDX system and numerous Waves plugins , UAD, Autotune DSP… The studio also hosts our filmed lives: the BACO SESSIONS, a format created in 2019 allowing artists to capture a live performance in the optimal recording conditions of a professional studio.

DISTRIB

Since 2016, Baco Distribution has been a distribution service, in France and internationally. We offer support for your projects, from their production to their distribution, with tailor-made support, both physically and digitally. A la carte services are also offered: Promotion service (Press/Web/Radio) // Digital Marketing // CD, VINYL manufacturing // Artist shop creation // Store POS.

Publishing

BACO PUBLISHING is the publishing branch of our Baco Music structure, since 2012. We are developing a catalog of works with varied aesthetics ranging from rock to hip-hop, including reggae and pop. In addition, it includes not only a number of French but also international artists, allowing us to attract and reach a broad target. One of our strengths is to guarantee the majority of our 2,000 works in one stop.

LABEL

The Baco records label was born in 2011 from the desire of the DANAKIL group to take back the reins of its independence and to develop other artists at the same time. Baco Records positions itself as an activist label, innovative in its marketing and promotion concepts, respecting its artists and their audiences.
